Aluminium is an extraordinary versatile and totally recyclable material.

Up to now, cylinders’ body have always been made of brass and then nickel-plated to get the good- looking satin-silver finishing.  The introduction of aluminium in replacement of brass let us make a totally nickel-free and stronger cylinders’ body. 

We choose aluminium as this extraordinary material is light, resistant, durable and green at the same time, therefore it allows us to contribute to a smarter and more sustainable future.  Aluminium has a life cycle that very few other metals can have: it has a very high corrosion resistance and can be recycled many times, consuming only a small part of the initial energy requested to produce it. 

 

Even more resistant

We selected a special aluminum alloy that is 60% stronger than common aluminium.
Besides, an innovative patented ceramic anodizing treatment makes it even more resistant and makes it more durable and stronger than traditional brass.

All our products are designed, made and tested in our factory in Lumezzane.

The whole production process is based on the best and most sofisticated technologies: the working cycle and assembly are totally automatized to respect our strict costructions standards.  We test 100% of our products to guarantee the mechanical and aesthetical quality of each cylinder.
